1 packet Soy Sauce (Restaurant size packets)
1/4 Red chili powder
1/4 tsp Ginger paste
1/4 tsp Garlic paste
Salt to taste
Oil to fry
Mix the above ingredients in a bowl.
Cut tofu lengthwise apply soy sauce mix to the tofu.
Shallow fry till edges brown
Remove and keep aside on a paper towel.
Serve crispy and warm as side protein.
I ate this with some Rosemary and Olive oil quinoa (from Near East) and some hot sauce.
